Q: Do I have to register to use the web app?

A: No, the web app is open for all to use (even if you don't have an instrument!). However, if you wish to save any settings, registration is necessary.

Q: How do I register?

A: Register at or select "Click here to Login" at the top right of the web app and follow the appropriate links. A unique email address is required for each account created.

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?

A: Select "Click here to Login" at the top right of the web app, then "Forgot Password?" and follow the appropriate links. The next page will ask for your email. Following the instructions at this page to reset your password.

Q: I've registered, but I would like to make changes to my profile. Where can I do that?

A: You can make changes to your profile by logging in and clicking on your email address at the top right of the page. Make the necessary changes to your profile and click the Update button. Don't forget to click Update before leaving the page or you will lose your changes!

Q: When I try to register, I am informed that my email address has already been registered...what does this mean?

A: Either you have already registered for an account with, or that specific email is already in our system. An email address cannot be registered twice. If you have already registered with, login at the top of the web app.
